we strive to offer each flavour starting near the beginning of each month. this is an approximation, we typically start one after the previous one runs out. we have a limited amount of fridge space, so we must make room before moving on to the next special. in other words, if you show up on the first of the month expecting the new flavour, you may be disappointed. pro tip: check what we have available on mobile ordering before you come! that way you know what to expect.

Sometimes they last a little into the next month, and sometimes we run out before the month is up.
